Fernandez restaurant is so amazingly good. My friends and I were in town for my friends bachelor party and definitely were wanting to try some birria in the area if we could. We found Fernandez restaurant and we couldn't be happier with the amazing food here! I got some regular birria tacos with tendons, and got the cheese birria taco with tendon as well. The meat was juicy, tender, and beyond amazing! Not too salty but definitely had a lot of flavor and I was in heaven. I'm still thinking about it a week later and wishing I could go back to get some more.
